Is it...

Possible
to go live in NYC for a year to obtain residency,
get an apartment to share with some friends,
go to NYU College of Nursing for 4 years,
then go to FIT on the weekends and in the summer,
and not go broke?

Sculpture Garden

Here are some pictures I took,
lots of peacocks everywhere.
Like, in your face everywhere.
The pics were in the order that I took them , but the first 4 spazzed out and ruined the order.
Oh well.
Enjoy :)

Today

Was a great day.
It was a half day,
got to sleep in,
didn't have to go to school until 9:50,
I got to eat a really good bagel,
relationship status changed (not fb official),
wore a nice shirt,
got less class time.
This week's looking pretty nice for me.
Tomorrow I'm going on a field trip to a scuplture garden,
getting to go ride on roller coasters on friday,
hopefully hanging out with him on thursday,
looking pretty nice.
The couple of days before were meh.
I had a concert yesterday,
had to finish a health project in 2 hours,
got to take a math test and a history test,
oh and did I mention that I got punched in the face?
nbd.

Holiday Wish List

I have no life (obviously).
And I'm studying and bored all the time.
So I did this.
I made my holiday wish list.
Why don't I just call it a Christmas List or Birthday List?
Because my birthday is on New Year's Day and Christmas is a week before it.
That's the time when I get most of my stuff.

Ukulele.
I want to learn a new instrument.
I kinda know how to play, but I need a new one because my cheap plastic one broke.

A new school bag. This one's from Blowfish.
And the ruffles and the buttons are cute.

A nice brown leather belt.
My belts are too big for me now.

Oh and a belt buckle too. This ones pretty cool.
It's a heart.

Crocheted berets. (Kinda rhymes)
I really like these hats, especially this on because of the bow.

A fedora.
Psh. They're pretty classy if you ask me.

Brown tall, slouchy boots.
These are Roxy, but I'm kinda looking for cowboy ones or something leathery.

Red Vans (or keds...or purple ones)
I need new everyday sneakers.
My converse are starting to wear out.

Wayfarers.
These ones are pretty cool because of the map print on the insides.

Other than all of this, I don't really want anything else besides jewelry or investment pieces.

It's layout is cooler than this one and easier to use, but
I love my blog too much to depart from it.
My tumblr is really more of random stuff but whatever.

Brighton Beach

So today,
I headed off into Brooklyn to go to Brighton Beach.
Brighton Beach is like a little Russian community right near Coney Island in New York.
Omigah, this place is AMAZING.
The food is great, the people are nice (well some are but ehh doesn't matter), and the beach is so gorgeous.
The first thing we did when we got there was head off to Starbucks and got a Mango Orange smoothie.
Then we wealked around doing our little project that we had to do, which was take pictures.
We got some piroshkis, which are the meat/potato/anything really stuffed pastries that are greasy, but they're SO FREAKING GOOD. I bought two, but I should have bought more to freeze them and save them for later, but oh well.
And then we did some shopping, of course.
I found this pretty sick store which was filled with a gazillion scarves and I bought one.
It was $12 so I got it.
The owner of the store thought I was an Uzbekistani (is that right?) but I said nahh I'm filipino, WITH PRIDE.
And then we went off to buy some Russian chocolate at this store.
Their chocolate is sooo good.
It's creamy and quite filling.
There were these adorable little old russian ladies sitting on the stairs and we had a little conversation with them.
Then we went off to this pretty big book/gift store where I found a March issue of RUSSIAN VOGUE which was originally like $12 but I got it for $4. WIN.
We had around two hours left so we headed off to the beach and cam whored and chilled.
So much fun and it was so nice.
I thought it was going to rain, but it didn't which is good.
Then we had to go home but we bought ice cream before we left, just like last year.
On the way home, I fell asleep.
When I woke up my frined Holly said that the driver went the wrong way and we passed through Chinatown and Manhattan and throught the Holland tunnel which apparantly took forever.
I was kinda sad thought because I love Chinatown.
Oh well.
We were supposed to get home aroun 4, but I got home around 5:30.
Well here are some pictures for you to enjoy.

Chillin on the beach.

Work it. Work it.

I do not have the abilty to jump very high.

Me and Missy.

It was so nice out today.

Right there. In the sand. Is. LOVE.

Part of Brighton's boardwalk.

Me asleep on the bus. (Courtesy of Holly).

March 2010 issue of RUSSIAN Vogue.

Abby Lee Kershaw on the cover. I saw her name in written in Russian and I was like, "I CAN READ THIS."

This was an insane insert in the magazine. Insane.

My prettyful scarf.

Up close. I loved the print and the color.
The next time I go, I'm definitely buying more.

The Wonders of...

Tile Cleaner with Bleach.
I had aboslutely no plans yesterday so I stole one of my dad's black t shirts,
got some scissors, a sewing machine, and some Tilex tile cleaner with bleach.
First I bleached the shirt.
My first idea was to turn it into a tunic with a stretch waist thing, but it didn't really work out because the shirt was way to big the the elastic wouldn't stretch,
so that was a fail.
So then I just started cutting the shirt up and making it fit to my size.
Here's what I got.

It looks kinda like a trapezoid right now because therewas some wind, but its just pretty straight.

This is what bleach can do. Love it.
Oh and through boredom in some of my classes, I drew this.

If you can't really see it, it's a dove with "PEACE" on the inside.
This took about 4 class periods which is like 4 hours.

My friend said that I should draw this or something like it on a t-shirt.
So I think I just might do that.
And then possibly sell it and make some cash.
I've been looking for a job, but no one close by is hiring.
So I'll just stick to making stuff out of t-shirts and probably selling those.
That is, if anyone buys them.

Did nothing but draw and take pictures.

Oh how romantic.
So this is what I did.

Justin Beiber interview.
